Design: Create an original design or recreate an existing design. Personalize the details, add measurements, and upload a reference photo as a visual aid.
Production: Commissions are made on a first in, first out basis. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for production. Regular updates are sent throughout the process.
Only 10 slots are available at a time. Once filled, slots remain closed until current commissions are complete. Waitlist available if slots are closed.
Pricing: Bundle discounts may apply when ordering multiple items. Final price may vary from the estimate depending on design complexity and production materials.
A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required before production begins. The remaining balance plus shipping is due after completion and before shipping. All sales are final.
