Commission requests begin with the form. You choose whether the piece is an original design or based on a reference, then add garment details, measurements, contact information, notes, and optional reference images.

How long does production take?
Most commissions are estimated at 3 to 6 weeks once the request is accepted and the deposit is paid. Timelines can shift depending on design complexity, material sourcing, and the current commission queue.
How many commission slots are available?
Only 10 slots are available at a time. Once those slots are filled, new requests remain closed until current commissions are complete. A waitlist may be offered when slots are closed.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required before production begins. The remaining balance plus shipping is due after completion and before the finished piece ships.
Can I upload a reference photo?
Yes. If you choose to recreate or reference an existing design, you can use an archive style or upload a reference photo during the commission request.
Are all sales final?
Commissioned and made-to-order work is final sale once accepted and production begins. If a request cannot be accepted, it will be reviewed before production moves forward.
