Deposits And Payment
A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required before production begins. The remaining balance, plus shipping when applicable, is due after completion and before shipping.
Timeline
Production timelines are estimates. Most commissions are estimated at 3 to 6 weeks, but timing may vary based on design complexity, material sourcing, communication, and the active queue.
Final Sale
Commissioned, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale once accepted and production begins. Review all submitted measurements, references, and notes carefully before confirming.
Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. If a measurement is unclear, Kharyan may request clarification before production continues.
Shipping
Shipping costs are confirmed before final payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
